An ElectricTickets.Com representative will contact you within 1 business day of applying
to confirm that we have your application, and to answer any questions you might have. A
new account is usually opened within 2 days after your completed application is submitted.
Do I receive any training on the equipment and software?
It does not take much training to learn, and you will be fully trained on all equipment at
NO charge. If you have a website, ET will connect to your backend. If you dont have
a website, you can lease a custom site from ET.
Is there a technical support phone number that I can call if I need help?
You will be provided with an (800) number and website to handle any problems or questions.
What is the Discount Rate?
Every bank charges a discount rate to merchants. The discount rate is the percentage of
each transaction that the processing company charges to handle the transaction for you.
Our discount rates are exceptionally low, at just a point above the average for retail
(face to face) merchants, and 3 points for Internet and telephone remittances. This is a
high risk businesses therefore we pay slightly more.
What are the Checks by Phone, Fax, and Fax fees?
The surchage is only $2.25 cents per transaction.
Other companies take up to 45 days for charges to appear as cash in my account.
When can I expect the money from my sales to appear as cash in my bank account?
The money will appear in your bank account within 5 business days.
What is Real-Time transaction credit card processing?
Real-Time transactions allow your customers to submit their credit card information over
the World Wide Web, and the charge is automatically approved within 1 business day or less
(US based remittances within 1 to 2 hours). No person needs to be present for the
transaction, so you can be making credit card charges literally while you sleep. The funds
will appear in your bank account within 5 business days of the transaction.
